PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
We offer free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- Australia: 12–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ReliBelt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then reach out to us at hello@relibelt.shop.
