We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at hello@relibelt.shop with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- A photo of the item if it is defective or damaged

We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you do not need to return it. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or size, please request a refund and place a new order.
